Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science and computer programming principles and concepts, as well as experience using standard occupational tools, to perform the following duties:

 

  • Design and develop thoughtful and cost-effective software solutions and applications in support of enterprise service management goals.
  • Translate Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and IT architectures into cloud based software solutions.
  • Work with other company resources in marketing, QA and business unit representatives as needed, to understand business needs and client requirement.
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement in Managed IT Services.
  • Contribute to the development of IT web applications for business processes such as Performance, Learning/Competencies and Succession Management.
  • Carry out the planning, creating, coding, scripting, documenting, modifying, and testing of computer applications, while working within design specification.

Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst:

Tasacom Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced Business Process Analyst to analyze business processes and user requirements to design system improvements and computer programs to optimize efficiency and accuracy for clients. The specific job duties and responsibilities include:s:

 

  • Develop detailed business requirements, use cases and functional specifications with supporting documents including business process and data flow models.
  • Prepare diagrams and utilize case flowcharts using MS Visio for SDLC Methodology (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Identify process improvements and perform GAP analysis of current systems.
  • Use HP Quality center for tracking user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate the business data using PL/SQL.
  • Data migration MySQL to Oracle, PostgreSQL to MS SQL Server, My SQL to IBM DB2. Writing PL/SQL Store Procedure functions.
  • Achieve the data flow from SAP HCM to Oracle and then to the external cloud vendors like Saba Cloud LMS.
  • Use knowledge of technologies like Java, .Net, UNIX and Windows to aid in the design and analysis of technical solutions to prepare proper documentation and code review.
  • Monitor and perform regular analysis on existing processes and systems in order to ensure operation and function, maintain control, identify issues and areas of concern, and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate the testing, modification, and updating of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Assist Project Managers with IT projects and support senior project managers for creating project plans using MS Project.
  • Consult with users to identify requirements, current operating procedures, and program objectives, and to assist with installation, training, and end user documentation.

Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science, programming, and software development principles and concepts, as well as experience using standard occupational tools, to perform the following duties:

 

  • Define overall technical architecture and technologies stacks (mostly open sources like PDI (Pentaho Data Integration, Big Data open source tools etc.) along with entity relationship (logical and physical) diagram using SAP Power Designer to enable real-time data load into (EDW) enterprise data warehouse, in order to build true Business Intelligence delivery solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end solution of Analytics Data Warehouse solution using MicroStrategy including integrating data from various source which contain structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop ML (machine learning) models for real-time forecasting, keyword and segment targeting suggestions, audience reach, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach, and minimal spend.
  • Involved in loading and transforming large sets of structured, semi structured and unstructured data from relational databases into HDFS using Sqoop imports.
  • Create technical design documents like high level design document, low level design document, mapping document, ETL specification, ETL and reporting Test case document, system test cases document etc. as per Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) documents.
  • Consult with clients, conduct project analysis, determine project needs, and design and develop application code based upon analysis performed.
