Business Process Analyst

Tasacom Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced Business Process Analysts to analyze business processes and user requirements to design system improvements and computer programs to optimize efficiency and accuracy for clients. Individuals will apply advanced knowledge and experience using enterprise applications and technologies such as Java, .Net, Visual Basic, SAP, Oracle PL SQL, SSRS Reports and Unix.

The specific job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Use knowledge of technologies like Java, .Net, UNIX and Windows to aid in the design and analysis of technical solutions.
  • Develop detailed business requirements, use cases and functional specifications with supporting documents including business process and data flow models using MS Visio.
  • Contribute to the development of IT web applications for business processes such as Performance,Learning/Competencies and Succession Management. Perform GAP, business data and technological impact analysis.\
  • Create cost estimates and engage with the customers on the approval process.
  • Use HP Quality center for tracking user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate the business data using PL/SQL and TOAD.
  • Test the performance of SSRS reports, validate data and support SSO related issues with customers using Fiddler.
  • Coordinate the work of developers using MS TFS and HP PPM and document test results.
  • Achieve the data flow from SAP HCM to Oracle and then to the external cloud vendors like Saba Cloud LMS.
  • Assist Project Managers with IT projects and support senior project managers for creating project plans using MS Project.
  • Implement IT policies such has Quality Assurance, Performance and Security testing before production moves.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related IT Management field of study providing the required knowledge and abilities, plus at least one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related position providing the required skills and abilities.

Individuals must also have demonstrable proficiency and experience with the following:

  • Unix
  • SharePoint
  • Enterprise applications
  • Visual Basic
  • SAP HCM Data Configuration
  • Oracle PL SQL including SSRS Reports

Business Systems Analyst

Tasacom Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced Business Systems Analysts to analyze business processes and user requirements to design system improvements and create documentation to optimize efficiency and accuracy for clients. Individuals will apply advanced knowledge of business processes, industry operations and experience using enterprise applications and technologies such as Java, .Net, Visual Basic, Oracle and Microsoft SQL server to perform the following specific job duties and responsibilities:

  • Study business and system documentation, and conduct functional analysis of business processes.
  • Prepare diagrams and utilize case flowcharts using Enterprise Architect and MS Visio for SDLC methodology (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Identify process improvements and perform GAP analysis of current systems.
  • Facilitate re-engineering of business processes.
  • Compile and prepare detailed business requirements, use cases and functional specifications with supporting documents including business process and data flow models.
  • Participate in data migration to SQL server, and analyze data and data model in collaboration with developers.
  • Participate in database design with technical team.
  • Design system screen layouts.
  • Define system administration requirements.
  • Use knowledge of technologies like SharePoint and Windows to aid in the design and analysis of technical solutions.
  • Prepare test cases of system testing and User Acceptance testing.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing on Neospin (.Net) framework.
  • Perform database testing using SQL by writing SQL queries in Microsoft SQL server.
  • Prepare documentation for system end users and technical system operation manuals, and provide required support for technical team.

Sr. Programmer Analyst (SAP)\ Tasacom Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced Sr. Programmer Analysts (SAP) to design, create and develop SAP software applications to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Individuals will apply industry experience and technical skills to perform the following specific job duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedure manuals to assist management operations.
  • Recommend enhancements and develop ABAP objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
  • Design ERP (Enterprise Reporting Program) solutions using SAP application software.
  • Coordinate the implementation, testing and support of ERP solutions.
  • Responsible for scope and deliverables.
  • Configure, tune, and integrate different systems using EDI and provide support for project implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
